Terms & Conditions
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Nextron Mobiles containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering by sending you an invoice.Orders are shipped using Australia Post Service. Delivery times will depend upon your choice of delivery method.

  • Express Post is generally guaranteed next business day delivery to major metropolitan areas, if the order is processed and dispatched before midday.
  • Regular delivery method will normally take between 3-5 business days.

However if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Nextron Mobiles will promptly contact you via email within 48 hours of receiving your order if goods are not available. We will also attempt to contact you by phone.


Product Availability & Website Accuracy

  • Please note that pricing and stock availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Whilst we make every attempt to maintain stock of every item we offer on our website, from time to time some items may be out of stock due to delays and supply issues with our suppliers and distributors. We will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock or delayed item.
  • We take pride in providing you with correct and current information regarding our products, however from time to time the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted and paid for your order). Nextron Mobiles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products.

Our Rights

  • Nextron Mobiles reserves the right to amend, change or omit information on this site at our discretion.
  • We are constantly monitoring your order and payment. If we find your payments or orders doubtful, we reserve the right to hold and investigate those transactions. Transactions would not proceed before the investigation has been finalized.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
  • We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
  • Nextron Mobiles is an independent dealer in mobile and telecommunication products. We do not represent or claim to have any authorised dealership relationships with any manufacturer or telecommunication.

Returns and Refunds

14 Day Money Back Guarantee:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can provide a refund of the items purchased (excluding all other charges, including but not limited to shipping and handling charges, credit card surcharge, etc). This guarantee will only be provided if:

  • Request is received by Nextron Mobiles within 14 days from invoice date (including weekends and public holidays).
  • Item is returned to Nextron Mobiles by customer, whom is liable for postage.
  • Item is returned in “as new” condition (no physical damages or visible marking, no additional app software installation, no contact numbers, no messages, no photos and images, no jailbreaking or alteration to the base software, must be clean, all original packaging materials included, all accessories included).

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

  • Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/repaired and will incur a $30.00 processing fee.
  • 15% re-stocking fee applies for all item cancellation or refund

All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Nextron Mobiles will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Your returned item(s) will be assessed by Nextron Mobiles, then either proceed to refund your purchase price, or item(s) will be returned to you if item(s) is/are not of “as new” conditions. Decision will be made at our sole discretion.

  • Order number (printed on invoice)
  • Name
  • Contact phone number
  • Name of item (example “Nokia 6300 Matte Black – Unlocked”)
  • IME/Serial number of item
  • A statement that you would like a refund

Faulty Products:

Items DOA  (Dead On Arrival) or develop fault(s) within 14 days of invoice date will be replaced according to Manufacturer Early Life Fault (ELF) policy.

  • Order number (printed on invoice)
  • Name
  • Contact phone number
  • Name of item (example “Nokia 6300 Matte Black – Unlocked”)
  • IME/Serial number of item
  • Detail description of the fault you experience. “Faulty” “Not working” is not sufficient nor acceptable.

If item develops fault(s) after 14 day period but within the manufacturer warranty period will be covered by the manufacturers warranty policy. For more information, see below.


Warranty Information

Nextron Mobiles is a retailer selling on behalf of the Manufacturer. All our products comes with 12 month manufacturer’s warranty unless specified. Liability for each product rests with the Manufacturer. Nextron Mobiles takes no responsibility for warranty claims, we don’t fix the handset’s we only sell them.

If you receive a faulty or DOA mobile phone on delivery or within the 14 days of invoice Nextron Mobiles will replace the phone with the Manufacturer Early Life Fault (ELF) policy.

You must return the handset in the box with all the original accessories and a copy of the invoice at your own expense and once received a new handset will be sent out.

If the handset becomes faulty outside the 14 day ELF period but within the Manufacturer warranty period, you need to return the phone to your nearest authorised service center.

All Manufacturers have authorised service centers Australia wide who are there to service you in need of a warranty claim. If the service centre requires further details please contact us and we will help where we can.

Every new handset sold by Nextron Mobiles is covered by manufacturer warranty. Please retain your Tax Invoice as proof of purchase as this will be required for MANUFACTURER warranty purposes. We also recommend retaining all standard sales packaging and accessories as these are required for ELF returns. Please refer below for manufacturer warranty and contact details.

  • If your item is DOA or develops a fault within 14 days of invoice, please email Nextron Mobiles at warranty@nextron.com.au immediately for instructions on how to return your item for replacement/repair. Please include your Contact Details, Order ID, Item and Description of Fault with your email.
  • If your item develops a fault outside the 14 day period but within the Manufacturer Warranty Period, please contact the relevant manufacturer as listed above.
  • Return postage of faulty items is the responsibility of the Buyer – no exceptions. Nextron Mobiles will cover the cost of sending replaced/repaired items.
  • Nextron Mobiles reserves the right to await ELF approval from the manufacturer prior to replacing an item if we suspect the fault may be due to physical or liquid damage.
  • Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/repaired and will incur a $30.00 processing fee.
